Group Course Enrolment Terms and Conditions
- All fees must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts.
- Study English in Skye will only reserve the course when the course fee is received.

Individual one-to-one Course Terms and Conditions
- All fees must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts.
- If cancelling an individual one-to-one lesson, please inform us by 9.00am on the day of the lesson. Otherwise the lesson must be paid for.
- Study English in Skye will only reserve the course when the course fee is received.
General Enrolment Procedures
Once you have received confirmation that there is availabilty for your chosen course, you should send payment in full by one of the methods below:

- PayPal (Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and American Express are accepted.)
- Bank Transfer.
- Travellers Cheque in UK Sterling. (Cheques should be posted to the address here)

Cancellations
- Deposits will not be refunded if the student cancels 30 days or less before the course start date.
- No refunds will be given after arrival because of sickness or any other cause.
- The right is reserved to cancel any service or course if the student numbers are too low. In this case an alternative course or a refund may be offered.
General Terms & Conditions
- Study English in Skye is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property except where liability is expressly imposed by law.
- Minimum age for course applicants is 18 years old.
- Study English in Skye recommends students take out Medical and Travel Insurance for the duration of their course.
- Damage to building premises/equipment caused by any student will result in liability of the full cost of repair or replacement.
- Study English in Skye reserve the right to expel any student for unacceptable behaviour or conduct. In this event a refund will not be given.
